What it is

One little job, finally done properly.

Loyra is a wallet-first loyalty card for restaurants, cafés and any venue with a counter.

Paper that tears, plastic that clutters, apps no one opens — all of it does the same little job, badly. Loyra does it once, in the wallet, and never gets left behind.

Paper

Paper that tears.

Plastic

Plastic that clutters.

Apps

Apps no one opens.

One replaces all

Every loyalty card, replaced by one that lives in the phone.

Punch cards and plastic keyring tags do the same job — they just do it once, badly, and then get lost. A wallet pass does it every time.

The old ways

Paper punch cards, plastic loyalty cards.

  • Lost or forgotten in a drawer
  • Never reminds anyone to come back
  • Easy to fake or photocopy
  • Runs out — reprint, restock, repeat
  • Tells the café nothing

Loyra

One pass, in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

  • Pings the moment an order's ready
  • Reminds them when they're near the café
  • Stamps fill in, in real time
  • Never lost — it updates itself
  • Wears each brand's own colours
  • Hands the café real insight

A week at Ember House

How a stranger turns into a regular.

Eight rings, one wallet pass, and seven ordinary mornings. This is the whole product, told the way a guest actually experiences it.

Ember House is an illustration published on loyra.my — a made-up café used to show the card in motion, not a real venue.

Eight of eight. This one's on the house.

Nothing was downloaded, nothing was signed up for, and nobody typed a phone number. The card simply stayed where money already lives — and came back on its own.

The Atelier

One default card — then your icon, mark, layout and colour.

Every merchant starts from the same contrast-safe Loyra template, then makes it unmistakably theirs — a custom stamp icon, their own mark, a layout that fits the brand, and any palette.

Four house cuts — classic, minimal, mono, bold. Your mark, your palette. Readability guaranteed by code: every colour is contrast-enforced, so the pass always stays readable and an unreadable pass can never be minted.

Classic

Soft gradient, glossy medallions.

Minimal

Flat, thin-line, quiet.

Mono

One hue, easiest to prove.

Bold

Gradient, glow, a little grain.

House palette

Three colours, held to the line.

Loyra keeps its own palette narrow so merchant brands can be loud. Your pass can wear any colour it likes — Loyra just refuses to mint one nobody can read.

STAFF-GATED SCANSINGLE-USE CODESROTATING CODESREADABILITY ENFORCED

One PIN-gated scan

Staff add a stamp with a single, PIN-gated scan. Guests never stamp themselves.

Screenshots die on arrival

The code rotates and burns after every use, so a saved screenshot is worthless.

An unreadable pass can never be minted

Every colour on the card is contrast-checked in code before the pass exists.

Rewards track themselves

Welcome stamps arrive as a gift, and a full card's reward is tracked and ready to redeem automatically.

Anonymous by design

A loyalty card that doesn't want to know who you are.

Most loyalty schemes are a data grab wearing a coffee cup. Loyra's card is a random card that stores a stamp count — and that is genuinely all it needs.

An anonymous card

The pass is a random card that stores a stamp count. It is not linked to the guest's identity.

No account, ever

No account, name, email or password is required to collect stamps.

Shared with one venue

Card data is shared only with the specific venue whose card the guest added.

The camera stays on the phone

No camera image ever leaves the phone or is stored.

Processed in the EU

Data is processed on servers in the European Union — Frankfurt, Germany.

Never sold, never followed

Loyra does not sell data, ever, and does not track guests across other apps or websites for advertising.

Loyra is operated by VAIA SDN. BHD. Wallet update tokens are cleared after a short period of inactivity; loyalty cards persist so stamps aren't lost between visits, until the guest or the venue removes them.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still curious? Tell us about your venue and we'll walk you through a live card.

Talk to us
Do guests need to download an app?

No. Tap the venue's QR code and your stamp card is added to Apple or Google Wallet in one tap — no account, no sign-up, no phone number required.

Which wallets does Loyra support?

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The card is built for both, right where money already lives — and every visit updates the same pass, so it fills without a reprint.

How many stamps are on a card?

The default card is eight stamps, with a welcome stamp attached the moment it is minted. When the card is full, the reward is ready to claim.

What happens if I lose or change my phone?

Your stamps are saved to your card, not just your phone. Re-open the venue's page to add the card again.

Can we match the card to our brand?

Yes. Every merchant starts from the same contrast-safe Loyra template, then makes it unmistakably theirs — a custom stamp icon, their own mark, a layout that fits the brand, and any palette. Every colour is still contrast-checked, so an unreadable pass can never be minted.

How do you stop stamp fraud?

Stamps are staff-gated: your team adds a stamp with a single, PIN-gated scan, on a code that rotates and burns after every use — so screenshots are dead on arrival.

What does Loyra know about our guests?

Very little by design. The card is anonymous and stores a stamp count, not an identity; no account, name, email or password is required. Loyra does not sell data or track guests across other apps and websites, and data is processed on servers in the European Union.

What does it cost, and what do we need to buy?

Loyra is free for guests. Venues use it under a separate commercial arrangement — and there is no hardware to buy. Talk to us and we will walk you through it.
