The old way

Buzzers break. Numbers get lost. Guests hover at the counter.

Plastic pagers cost 1,000+ SAR each, only reach 100 meters, and tell you nothing about your guests. There's a smarter signal.

Out of range

A puck is deaf past ~100 m — and useless the second a guest steps outside.

In range, always

No hardware to buy and no buzzers to hand out — guests scan a QR, and you go live in minutes.

The ticket

Four states, all on the guest's own screen.

The ticket is live from the scan. It tells a guest where they are in line, roughly how long is left, and the exact moment the counter is ready for them.

  2. Preparingabout 2 minThe estimate moves with the counter, so nobody has to ask.

What a venue gets

More than a pager.

One platform, one subscription and one login — the queue, the loyalty card, the booking and the menu all live in the same place.

Digital pager

Guests take a number and get a web push the second their order is ready — plus a live walk-in queue for tables.

Wallet loyalty

One-tap stamp cards in Apple & Google Wallet, with a single-scan stamp for staff — no phone number required.

Booking

Reservations and a waitlist, all on the same platform and the same login.

Photo menu

A branded, photo-forward menu guests browse from their phone — nothing to print.

No app to install · no hardware to buy · one subscription.

Versus plastic

OnCue vs. a pager vs. a single-app rival.

How OnCue compares with the plastic pager it replaces — and with a pager-only app.

For owners

Run every branch from one cue.

Wait times, prep times, live order flow — one dashboard, every branch. Owners sign in through a private link, and every branch sits under the same subscription.

Guest data

Cued without an account.

OnCue's lightest promise is also its strictest: a guest never signs up. Here is exactly what the ticket carries — straight from OnCue's own privacy policy.

No account, no email, no password

OnCue works with no account, no email and no password. A guest scans, takes a number, and that is the whole sign-up.

An anonymous order token

The ticket is tracked against an anonymous order token — enough to show the order's status, and nothing more.

The push token is optional

Opt in and the browser hands over an anonymous push token, used to deliver a single “your order is ready” message. Turn it off in device settings any time.

Short-lived by design

Order and notification tokens are cleared once the order is complete, or after a short period of inactivity.

Stamp cards stay anonymous

Loyalty counts sit on an anonymous card that persists between visits. Some venues let a guest attach a phone number purely to recover it.

No cross-app ad tracking

No advertising identifiers across apps, and no photos, contacts or precise location.

Operated by VAIA SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202601027449). For walk-in queues and reservations a venue may ask for a name, contact number, party size and optional notes. Data questions go to tech@vaia.my.

العربية · English

The same cue, in both languages.

OnCue ships bilingual out of the box. The venue-facing site and the guest ticket both switch between English and Arabic, with a right-to-left layout written in Gulf Arabic rather than translated word for word.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still deciding? Send us your venue details and we'll walk you through it.

Talk to our team
Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests point their camera at the table QR, and the cue arrives as a web push on the phone they already carry. There is no app to install and no buzzer to hand out.

Does a guest need an account?

No. OnCue works with no account, no email and no password. The flow is four moves: scan the QR, take a number, allow notifications, and wait for the alert.

Is there any hardware to buy?

None. OnCue is software only — no pucks, no base station, nothing to charge or replace. Table codes work over QR and NFC, so you go live in minutes with a printed code.

How long does the cue stay live?

Up to eight hours per ticket. Every ticket updates in real time, and the cue reaches your guest anywhere with signal — so they keep their table freedom and their own phone.

A guest says the notification never arrived.

Ask them to check that notifications were approved in their device settings. If they are on the web, keeping the order page open keeps the ticket live — and OnCue's support page walks through it step by step.

How is loyalty stored?

Stamp cards are stored anonymously on the guest's own device and can be added to Apple Wallet. Attaching a phone number is optional, and only used so a card can be recovered.

What does it cost?

OnCue is free for guests. Venues use it under a separate commercial arrangement — pricing is quoted per venue rather than published, so email your venue details and the team will come back to you within 30 minutes.

Can we run more than one branch?

Yes. Wait times, prep times and live order flow all roll up into one dashboard covering every branch, under a single subscription.
